Well, it’s happening. I’m officially launching a podcast. And not just any podcast—Healthy-ish AF. Because let’s be real, wellness has gotten way too complicated.
What is Healthy-ish AF?
This podcast is where fitness, nutrition, and real life collide—without toxic diet culture, unrealistic extremes, or the pressure to be perfect.
It’s for the women who are:
✔️ Tired of the all-or-nothing mentality (because screw that)
✔️ Done with diet fads that don’t actually make you feel good
✔️ Over the guilt & pressure to do wellness a certain way
✔️ Wanting to be strong, energized, and confident—on their terms

So, I’m creating the space I wish I had years ago—a space where we can have real, honest conversations about what actually works, what doesn’t, and how to feel your absolute best—without burning yourself out.
